Brad Stephen.
In 1985 Brad was hired by the Vancouver Fire Department as a Firefighter then in 1987 he joined the Vancouver Police Department with assignments to the Patrol Division and then the Emergency Response Team (ERT). As an ERT member, Brad performed duties as a Sniper followed by Tactical Entry Team Scout. In 2000 he began investigating organized crime activities while assigned to the Combined Forces Special Enforcement Unit of British Columbia (CFSEU-BC). After ten years at CFSEU Brad was then assigned to the Vancouver Police Department Organized Crime Section, continuing operational work combating gang activity within Vancouver. For fifteen years Brad participated in multiple undercover police enforcement projects. Throughout his plainclothes career, he developed expertise in investigation and surveillance operations. Brad has given evidence on numerous occasions in both Provincial Court and Supreme Court. In 2015 Brad retired from law enforcement and formed his own company, Z11 Services Inc.
At Z11, Brad provides Private Investigation services to Vancouver, and continues to develop his expertise in due diligence online research analysis as well as specialized security operations with a particular emphasis on physical surveillance and planning/execution of complex tactical assignments.
